Central Park

Thursday, we ventured out to Central Park to enjoy the beautiful fall weather! We started on the south side of the park and walked up about halfway through the park. We couldn't believe how big the park was. We hardly saw any of it, but we were still so worn out from walking--it seemed that a lot of the way was uphill! Anyways, here's some of the highlights...

"The Mall"--it was lined with beautiful elm trees. We got N. out of his stroller to walk for a little bit. He just stood in amazement of all the leaves falling down from the trees.

The Carousel--My Favorite--I was a bit surprised by how fast it went, but it was so much fun!

The Fountain

Belvedere Castle-I'm up on the top level

N. made friends with one of the trees

This was the conservatory water pond that was supposed to be full of remote controlled sailboats, but as you can see, it wasn't, it was just dried mud and gunk.

N. with a mouth full of graham crackers--the only thing that would keep him happy after awhile
