Shake Shack

Since moving here, we've heard lots of people rave about the Shake Shack, so yesterday, we headed up about 20 blocks to Madison Square Park to try it out. We both got the Shack burger and shared the fries and famous custard chocolate shake. It was good, but a little over priced for what it was. The shake was really rich and creamy and delicious though! We're glad we tried it. Anyways, the park was really pretty. N. enjoyed walking around on the grass, playing with sticks, and watching the squirrels and birds. I loved being surrounded by all the tall buildings. We had great views of the Empire State Building and the Flatiron Building.

the famous Shake Shack...this is us at the back of the line..we probably only waited for 20 minutes or so
N. enjoying his apples and peanut butter sandwich while momma and daddy ate burgers, fries, and a shake(notice the nasty bruise on his forehead--he fell a few days ago and hit his head on the corner of the door)Playing at the park

  1. Hey Jocelyn! I saw your blog on Tally's. Glad you liked the Shake Shack! It's my favorite place. Yum. (slightly over-priced, but what isn't around here!?)
