reminiscing and rain boots

So what do those two things have in common...well I pulled out my favorite(and only) rain boots today due to heavy rain and a much needed trip to Target, and it reminded me of the last time I wore them.  It was our last day in nyc, and I wore them on the flight home because there was no room in my bag.  It made me think of all the snow and rain I trudged through on the nyc streets.  I think of nyc all the time.  I really miss it.  Last night, we were watching HGTV and found out they're giving away a Manhattan apartment.  I'm going to enter everyday--not that I'll win or anything, but it would be awesome:)  Anyways, thanks for putting up with all my nyc reminiscing.
