Going-ons

*N. is slowly getting better at sleeping in his toddler bed.  He only wakes up a few times a night now, and once he is tucked in he says "momma bed"--meaning mom, go to your bed.  He has realized where I am when he's in his bed and isn't acting scared or freaked out like he was.  We also made a fun trip to Ikea to get him little rail for his bed, so we won't roll out.
*Whenever we drive through downtown Dallas(maybe once a week or less), I always tell N. that that's where Daddy works.  Yesterday, as we came upon downtown, N. immediately said "Daddy work."  It was too cute, and I've learned he's smarter than we sometimes give him credit for.
*N. and I went to a few garage sales on Friday, followed by playtime at the park, and storytime at the library--this might be our new Friday morning routine:)  We were the only ones at the park(it was hot and humid before the beautiful weather today), and N. kept saying "kids?"  I guess he was trying to figure out why there were no other kids and wondered where they were.
*We went to the Frontiers of Flight museum at Love Field(free tickets due to the smithsonian museum day).  N. said airplane more times than we could count and really enjoyed playing in the kids area.
Too busy pointing and saying airplane to look at me for a picture...
