hair cut

N. got a much needed hair cut yesterday, and he did so good.  Last time, he wouldn't sit on his own or let them put on the cape.  This time, he walked right in, wanted to sit in the "big chair", and let them put the cape right on.  He was so brave--normally he's hesitant or shy in a new situation(this was a different place than last time too).  He sat so still and let her cut his hair.  At one point, when she was cutting the front, he saw his hair fall, and said "uh-oh" over and over as she cut more.  All the hair ladies thought he was adorable and were impressed with how still and good he did.  When she was done, she gave him a lollipop for a treat which made him very happy:)
