Her first month consisted of lots of snuggles and being held...
*nursing was rough for the first week--she wasn't latching well--I was cracked and bleeding and an emotional wreck...she wasn't gaining weight like she should, but then she turned a corner, started latching better, and chunked up, and I started healing, thanks to some amazing cream given to me by a friend
*she loves to sleep--it was a constant battle to get her to wake up to eat and she needed to gain weight, but I love having a baby that sleeps well at night from an early age
*she likes being in the moby wrap
*she likes sleeping up on your chest, she doesn't like being in the crook of your arms
*she snorts a lot--we call her little snort-snort, or miss piggy
*when she spits up, you better watch out, because it is her entire meal--she pukes it up--this phase lasted for about 3 weeks, thankfully she only spits up little bits now
*she gets milk all over her everytime she eats, so she gets undressed everytime she nurses
*loves being swaddled
*it's so weird having pink laundry to fold and bows to match outfits, but it is fun!
Snuggling with Opa
N.'s baptism day--she was 1 week old--I had to order her a special newborn size dress via amazon prime, because she was too tiny to fit ones I had already bought.
Her brothers love holding her...
Bow malfunction...
Hanging out at soccer practice...
This is her favorite spot...
P. had to make sure she had her doll in her swing with her...
1st Sunday at church--isn't she pretty--putting a baby in a dress was a weird thing for me!
Happy 1 month old...
Didn't like the change in bows...
