(His team pic--taken on my phone!)
So crazy N. is now playing soccer...his friends had signed up for soccer, when I asked him if he wanted to so it, he said he wanted to play t-ball instead of soccer, so I didn't sign him up. A week later, he comes to me crying at the park saying his friends were all playing soccer and he wasn't. So thankfully they were still doing late registration, so we signed him up! He has four friends from church and preschool on his team--the Lightning. He, as always, was scared for the first game and didn't want to wear his uniform, but after we got him dressed and arrived, he had a blast, and ever since has been sooo excited for practice and games. He does really well at practice, but when it comes to the games he hardly makes contact with the ball unless its a throw in or kick in by him. He's more worried about where the coach is and where he should be and not that concerned with the ball:) Anyways, I'm glad he is enjoying it. P. wants to play so badly--he always brings his ball and tries to run out on the field.
Trying on his shin guards and new cleats for the first time...
His first practice...notice P. sitting with the team...
