I've got to play a little catch-up on blogging...
So for my birthday, S. decided to surprise me and plan a date. He arranged for my mom to watch the boys and had about 5 hours to ourselves since Peter will actually take a bottle. We went to Panera for lunch, then S. starts driving and won't tell me where we are going. We end up at the movies and he tells me haven't you wanted to see Harry Potter. Well, I did want to see that, but that was about a month or so earlier, and at this point I really wanted to see The Help. He acted really disapointed, played it up, etc. We finally get to the movie ticket kiosk after finally finding a parking spot, and he goes right up, and I speak up trying to get him to stop before he actually buys tickets to Harry Potter. Well, he pressed the button that said what's playing in the next hour, and Harry Potter wasn't even playing...he had planned on taking me to see The Help all along. He really got me though:) After that we met back up with my family at Chili's for dinner, followed by delicious chocolate cake made by my mom. We didn't get home until about 11 and we were all exhausted. P. actually slept until 4am before needing to eat which was one of the best birthday presents ever considering the week before he was waking up nonstop due to a stuffy nose. Anyways, Happy Birthday to me...and I'm thankful for all my sweet family who made it a special day.
How sweet! Happy Birthday, Jocelyn!
