I absolutely love this picture of N.!!!
I was a bit nervous about N. starting school. He can be a bit shy and apprehensive about new situations at times. When we met his teacher last week, I had to drag him into the room and he didn't say one word to her and wouldn't play with any toys. Yet, when we got home, all he could talk about was Mrs. Cherry and starting school. His first day was yesterday, and he did great. He walked right in, hung up his backpack, and started playing--he didn't act nervous at all(except he wouldn't take a picture with his teacher). I think it really helped that his friend Atticus is also in his class and walked in with us. When I picked him up all he could talk about was going back to school. Mrs. Cherry said he did great, stood back and observed for part of the day and then jumped in and participated. I'm so proud of him doing so well for his first time ever at school. I can't believe he is growing up so fast. I love him!!!
