The Met (metropolitan museum of art)

We spent the afternoon at The Met.  One word could sum it up--Wow.  It's an amazing building with countless works of extremely famous art.  The amount of things to see was overwhelming.  My favorites were the Degas paintings of ballerinas and furniture and decor from the 18th and 19th centuries.  S. really liked the Frank Lloyd Wright room.
N. loved any fountains we came across.  I showed him one when we first got there, and he whined when we had to leave it--same thing happened with paintings of dogs.  He was quite the whiner, but we still got to see most everything we wanted, and he enjoyed the fountains.
