The Nutcracker Ballet

I love ballet, but I wasn't one of those little girls who took ballet, that is until I was in college.  I took a class in college and loved it so much that I took a class at a near-by ballet studio.  Anyways, I was terrible at it, but I still have a love for it and am in awe at ballerinas.  So, when I found out about a kid-friendly(and free) performance of The Nutcracker, me and N. were there in a heartbeat.  It was performed by the New York Theater Ballet.  They were really good.  N. was entranced with it for about 15 minutes.  He watched the ballerinas, danced to the music, and acted like he was conducting the music.  He also would clap when everyone else clapped.  Anyways, so much fun, and it reminded me of the time my mom took me to The Nutcracker Ballet at Bass Hall in Fort Worth!
The stage(I don't have any good pictures of the ballet, b/c they wouldn't allow flash photography, so they turned out blurry.

  N. enjoyed climbing up the marble stairs that went on and on(before the show)
