We had a low-key but super-fun play-date party for P. a few weeks ago! Two of his closest friends and their mommies came as well as Grandma and McKenna. The kids played, snacks, ate lunch, opened presents and of course enjoyed some birthday cake! P. had fun, and I could tell he felt special and loved.
In the morning when he got up, he was excited to see the table covered with balls! This boy is a ball fanatic.

So we made him come sit down to open presents, and as you can tell he threw a royal hissy fit, but that's too be expected at any kids birthday party;)

So he got a bathtub basketball hoop with suction cups, and we put it on the fireplace so he could play with it at the party, and he kept trying to stick the humongo basketball in it--silly P!
