Florida Part 1--Family

We actually took a family vacation to Florida to see my Grandparents, my sister, Lacey and her family, and go to Disney World!  S. had work training in Orlando, so we met him there when it was over.  The main reason we decided to go was to let the boys see/meet my grandparents.  The last time I saw my Grandma was the day N. was born.  We were lucky enough that he came early, so that she could meet her great-grand son.  She hasn't been able to visit Texas since, due to health, so she has been wanting to meet P., and see how much N. has grown.  It was so good to see them.  My Grandma hasn't changed a bit, she still bends over backwards to make everyone happy.  She has one of the biggest hearts ever.  It was fun to spend time with my Grandpa, and see the little things that remind me of my dad.  P. decided to scream a lot there, especially during the middle of the night--my Grandpa commented that he thought the neighbors were going to call the cops, while my Grandma didn't hear a thing b/c she didn't have her hearing aid in:)  N. had a lot of fun with them.  One morning N. came in and told me good morning, and looking at the clock, it was 5:15, and I said it's not morning, and then he said, well, Grandpa's awake and at the table, so it has to be time to wake up--can't really argue with that!

 N. did great, and P. did most of the way, and screamed for the last 30 minutes...I was glad to have the whole row of 2 seats, so we were not directly next to anyone.

 Olga's breadsticks--the best donuts ever.  We had them growing up every time we visited my grandparents.  We haven't found anything else like them--the frosting is so good and the bread just right.  I had a dream the night before that they ran out, so I was so anxious the next morning to get them:)  They hit the spot!

After a few days with my grandparents, we headed to Orlando to stay with my sister, her hubby, and her little boy, Tony!  She graciously watched P. while we took N. to Magic Kingdom!  We enjoyed our time together, went to an indoor bounce house place, ordered chinese take-out, played around with her Mary Kay make-up, talked and hung out while the kids played!  I realized after that I didn't get a picture with my sister.  I love you, Lacey.  Thanks for letting us stay with you--we had a blast! As we were getting ready to leave, N. told me he didn't want to get on the airplane, that he wanted to stay in Florida and live with Lacey!

We were totally exhausted by the end, but we made it, enjoyed family and went to Disney!
