busy, busy

Just playing a little catch-up--as you can tell from the two previous posts.  The past few weeks since we've moved back to Texas have been a blur...  

• We arrived on Friday the 14th six hours late--due to thunderstorms in Dallas(we spent a long time in the Atlanta airport, but N. was so good despite the really long day).  
• Saturday was S.'s brother's wedding--all day affair, but a fun day.
• The next evening after church was spent with the happy couple and watching them open presents and sort through their goodies since they were moving to nyc for the summer and flying out the next morning.
• Monday was my mom's birthday.
• We spent all day Tuesday and Wednesday morning apartment hunting in Dallas only to finally decide on an apartment that we can't move in until June 8th.  In the meantime, we are staying with my family.  We spent the rest of Wednesday clothes shopping for S.'s work wardrobe.
• Thursday was spent getting my car into working order at S.'s dad's auto repair shop and getting registration for both cars.  
• Then a weekend in College Station...
• S. started work on Monday the 24th and I'm trying to get used to him being gone all day until past dinner time.  This past weekend was a three day weekend, so it was really nice to spend time with S. again and relax from all the busyness we've had.
