To celebrate, we ate hamburgers and potato dippers(hand-made fries with a sour cream/jalapeno dip) for dinner followed by chocolate chip applesauce cake--s's new favorite(a friend made it in nyc, and I tracked down the recipe to surprise him).
It was so delicious. Thanks so much for the recipe! Even my little sister ate 2 whole pieces and she rarely eats the cake--she normally just eats the frosting.
