Homemade Bread

After being intimidated by the thought of making homemade bread(mainly dealing with the yeast, water temperature, etc), I decided to give it a whirl. My 1st loaf got stuck in the pan and it fell apart as I tried to get it out--I was so disappointed. Well, even though it looked funny and was in little pieces, it still tasted yummy and N. probably ate at least half of it(he's a big fan of bread). So despite the failure of the 1st try, I decided to try again and as you can see this time it actually looks like a loaf of bread! I'm so proud of me and the little homemaker I'm trying to be:)

The 2nd Try
