I wanted to come up with a family theme this year and talk about how we can be the best family we can be, and then individually teach the boys about goals, so we had our first family meeting and brainstorm things our family would be doing to be the most awesome, things that make us happy and feel closer together and things we could work on. Our kids really need to learn some respect, but S. pointed out that we needed something more measurable...something the kids (and us) could be held accountable for...so we came up with do at least 1 act of service daily...then that turned into our family theme or motto of just serve, and because I'm a bit obsessed with banners, I made a banner for our kitchen to help remind us...

These two pics are how the 2 littles felt about our church schedule getting changed to 1-4...E. fell asleep in the car, because he had to skip his nap, but we wouldn't let him sleep, so he was a mega grouch...

The kids had a day off, so grandma, papa, and McKenna came over...

N. finally solved his rubiks cube (he had to use an online tutorial)...

E. had a playdate with a friend at urban air...he had a blast after he got over his shyness and not wanting to try anything...he has no shyness at home or if his brothers are with him...
