After 2 ice days home from school, it started to snow literally as we dropped off N. to school in the morning...it snowed quite a bit, but warmed up enough that it was melted by the time N. got home from school. Snow #1
Ice on the trees...
Getting ready to throw a snowball at me...
Snow #2...Last Friday, it started snowing again shortly after we took N. to school, but kept coming all morning, that they let out school early, so hooray, N. did get a chance to play in the snow.
N.'s first attempt at a snowman--the snow was too fluffy and not sticking...
Snow angel...
He was running everywhere trying to see how much snow he could get stuck on his shoes...
Luckily Dad made it home for some snow fun--two flights were canceled, but he finally got on one and didn't get home until around 1 am Friday, but the snow was still there on Saturday morning and was now perfect for snowman building. N. and S. working hard...
P. decided to join it...at first he wanted to stay inside because he was cold...
And it's FINISHED! The most awesome snowman we've made before--it's holding a baseball bat and a ball if you hadn't noticed!
Snow event #3--we work up to our world covered in snow on Thursday...
It somehow blew even under our patio on the kids toys...
The sun is finally out--hooray!
My snow angel...N. said it was HUGE--thanks, buddy.
Sinking down in...
P. didn't want to enjoy our snow festivities in the morning, but changed his mind in the evening, so we went out one last time before it would melt...
This plant was covered in icicles, so we took them off and threw them off like darts...
Running away from me--the picture taker, but ha I got some cute pics anyway!
They built a snow slide...
The snow was fun, but I'm ready for some warmer weather and some sunshine!
