april in pics...

Kindergarten rodeo--all kinds of fun cowboy activities including roping, panning for gold, horse races, square dancing, and s'mores.  P. and I helped out with the hat toss, and P. was remarkably good for having to stay with me with 2 hours--he loved playing on the playground with all the crazy kids afterwards though!

My crazy cowboy helper...
My cowboy--Texas rangers shirt is about as cowboyish as our clothes get....
My 2 cuties...
N. special requested that we visit the arboretum to see the tulips before they were done blooming, so we went after school one day!
Rolling down the big hill...
He's getting too big...
Found N. reading to P. one early saturday morning--makes my heart happy, and makes motherhood worth it!
This boy no longer naps, but obviously still desperately needs it, and every once in a while will crash, but usually way too late in the day....
So funny story...I was trying to have P. do a quiet time in his room everyday mainly so I could catch a quick nap...well I was laying on the couch--I heard his door open, but then never heard anything, so assumed he went back in his room...when my alarm went off 20 minutes later to go pick up N., I get up and the house in silent.  I go in his room, and he's not there, so I look all over, and am a bit puzzled, until I found him on my bed fast asleep--so sweet!
Playing in the rain after church...
I had a much needed girls night to see the musical Beauty and the Beast--so much fun!
Hanging at my family's with grandma and papa, while I had a dentist appointment and the older kiddos were at school!
Cindy insisted on taking a baby bump picture of me, so this was about 33 weeks...
Movie play-date to watch Beauty and the Beast at our old Bishops(now stake president) awesome theater room...
N.'s field trip to the arboretum--we hadn't been to the new children's garden yet, and I have to say it's pretty awesome.  Both boys had a blast, and I was worn out by the end--swollen, hurt feet are definitely not a perk of pregnancy.
Hurricane wind simulator
Peter loved the preschool garden play area--especially this little house that had a door to open and close...
N. and his friend, Emery!
