Storytime at the Rockwall library...I love how colin and isaac both have their hands in P.'s snack cup...
P. loves Sophie, and she is such a sweet friend and acts like a little mommy with a little bossiness!
Just breakfast dressed up with cow ears...
For transitioning P. into a big boy bed in N.'s room, we took him to the Disney store, so that he could pick out his own stuffed animal. N. picked pluto and donald and few months back, and P. has really liked his, so we thought it would be a fun thing. He chose Angus the horse from Brave--it suits him because he loves barns and farm animals right now. The transition was great the first night, until he woke up at 4am completely ready to play with all the toys in N.'s room. It was a rough few weeks, but he seems to be doing much, much better. He may try to come out once or twice, but usually after that, he's good for the night. Naps however have become obsolete, and I've been trying to do a quiet time, which works part of the time.
For the first part of spring break, me and the kids headed down to visit my sister and her family down in college station. The boys had a blast with their 4 cousins. They did a lot of playing, giggling, watched Frozen twice, and visited a few parks. I enjoyed some time with my sweet sister!
The bubbas--always so serious, but so cute!
The crazies...
Walking home from the park--N. was holding hands with both Gracie and Chey--it was sweet. I was lagging behind with my slowpoke P. who insisted on pushing a stroller instead of riding in it.
Another park...
P.'s roar pose....
Every texas road trip isn't complete without a treat from Dairy Queen!
Running errands with dad--they loved this shopping cart--probably one of the best pics of both of them I have:)
Arboretum fun...
An awesome 80's surprise skating birthday party for my friend...
S. came in from work sporting the 2 pairs of 80s glasses we saved for the kids from the above party...
Crawfish boil with old dallas friends and a fun playground...
Mardi gras beads...
Sporting his angels for atticus shirt and bracelet--he wanted me to take a picture and send it to Cindy...
Glow-in-the-dark 80s family dance at the elementary school--N. was super shy at first--I think the loud music and dark was a little much, but he was soon dancing around and playing with his friends like a manic--he even danced down the line in a dance contest. P. on the other hand was scared of the dark and loud music, was super clingy, and wanted to be held the whole time, but it was a fun night!
P.'s art day at school--being a silly goose next to his flower...
P. with his friend, Ty--P. was trying to get him to hold his monster and take a pic, but he wasn't having any of it...
P.'s monster...
Some fun activities at art day...
N. doing a self-portrait...
Ice cream treat at Braums after...
P. insisted on wearing these tiny Mr. Potato head glasses for at least an hour while he was playing--they were practically poking his eyes, but what can we say, he's crazy!
