February randomness...

Gotta love those shades:) This little guy has become obsessed with balls--he seriously almost always has one in his hand.  Anytime we go to park, he doesn't want to play on the playground, but instead tries to make an escape for the basketball court and tennis courts. The past few days, when I say it's time to brush our teeth and go to bed (after baths and jammies), he grabs his favorite ball of the day and puts it in the ball bucket.  In the morning, he heads straight for the ball bucket!

 

 Also loves N.'s angry birds launcher and birds...

 His first try at painting--we used a Q-tip, and remarkably he didn't try to stick his fingers in it.  It kept him busy for a grand total of 5 minutes:)

N.'s attempt at Q-tip painting--it was a cold, drizzly day, and I was bored and getting over a bad case of allergies, so I tried to get creative--thanks pinterest.  N. loved (as he termed it) our rainy day activity and always asks me for a new one.  And thankfully a friend texted a few minutes later and invited us over for lunch--I think all of us moms were going a little stir crazy that day!

Other randoms...

• I got my hair cut short and sassy again.
• We met S. for lunch in downtown with friends and ate some delicious BBQ.
• Went to lots of fun birthday celebrations for my dad, sister, and 2 of the kids friends!
• Found out S's brother is engaged and will be married in SLC, UT in June!
• I'm on an organizing and decluttering kick--hopefully I will keep on it--I always feel a little out of control and stressed when it's messy, which seems to be always;)
