S.'s work had a company wide holiday party at the Omni this year, so S. surprised me with hotel stay that night--the kiddos stayed with my parents. It's been a long time since we had a date night, much less a night without kids--it's since before P. was born, so this was a much needed treat! I enjoyed dressing up, the view of Dallas from our room, the tv that was built in to the mirror in the bathroom, eating too much food including brunch at Breadwinners--so delish and tacos at Torchy's, racing go-carts and dragsters and Malibu Speedzone, and just being together. Thanks S. for a fun weekend out! I love you!
