- P. is turning into a chunk! We love him. P. starting to sleep longer stretches at night--most nights he goes to bed around 7 and wakes up to nurse around 5, then sleeps until 7 or 8. He's even slept from 7pm-7am four times!!! Now if only we could get N. to stop coming out of his bed. This one particular morning, I went in and P. had escaped his swaddling and had his paci stuck on his thumb.
Our little cheeser or my cheese-cheese as I call him...
- We finally hooked up our Wii since moving here in May and N. got his first chance to play--they played boxing and N. loved beating up daddy.
- My sister spent the night with us, so my parents could celebrate their anniversary. N. and McKenna had a blast. We ate dinner at chick-fil-a--me and the three kids--felt a little crazy--don't think I'm ready to be a mom of three yet:) They played and destroyed the house--they have a tendency to take every toy out of its place and use it for something else. McKenna has a big imagination...they also played school and had centers that they set up around the house. We also spent a few hours at the park--these 2 are inseparable. I love watching them play and interact. N. is so lucky to have his aunt Kenna.
- We got a new roof--took us forever to decide on a color, but finally decided to do a brown-grayish shingle vs the dark gray we had before. It turned out really good. S. also took a few days off work to get some things done around the house and to have a little break (he's been working a ton for the past few months). He painted my entryway a blueish-gray(before it was a mauve pink)--I love it and will soon be hanging a gallery wall of picture frames there (I'll take a picture when it's done).
- N. had a Thanksgiving feast at school. His class walked in dressed as pilgrims. They were all so cute. N. was being super-shy and hiding under his hat. I love his school, and he loves it too!
- N. loves playing with his friend Atticus and I love hanging out with his mommy, Cindy and little brother Isaac! They are in the same class at preschool and we go to church with them (we knew them before when we lived in Dallas, and now we are both in Sunnyvale). We love them!!! Atticus came over to play today and him and N. just happened to be twins--same shirts and blue sweatpants:)
